How to hide Document Categories that your firm doesn't use.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or those with the Manage Document Categories permission.
Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Document Categories.
Scroll or use the search bar to locate the document category you would like to hide.
Click the dropdown arrow in line with the category and select Hide.
NOTE: Custom categories can be hidden, edited, or deleted. Standard categories can only be hidden.
The category will now be hidden from the category list on the Documents Tab of the case.
