Why Do Some of My Cases Show Up on the Inactive Cases List on My Dashboard and How Do I Make Them Active?
Updated over a week ago

The Inactive Cases list on the Dashboard shows the cases that have not been worked on in the longest time compared to the rest of the firm's open cases. This is based on a Last Touched Date which is determined by the last time either a manual or an auto note, was created in the case. Most changes or progress made in CASEpeer will create an autonote.

If your firm has less than ten cases, they will automatically show on this list, as the firm adds more cases the list will automatically update.
