Dashboards are user-specific and everyone’s dashboard will look different.
Open Cases: The number of open cases you are assigned to.
Recent Cases: The ten cases you have most recently clicked or worked on.
Inactive Cases: The cases you are assigned with the oldest 'Last Touched' date, if you're assigned less than ten cases, you'll see cases you have recently worked on as well.
Pending Statutes: Ten most pressing statutes based on the cases you’re assigned to.
Tasks, Messages, and Events: All items are unique per user.
Dashboards will also look different based on your dashboard view, which can be set under User Management.
If it's your first time logging into CasePeer, your dashboard will be relatively blank, use the search bar or the Open or My Cases Report to begin finding your cases.
