Which Cases Show Under the “My Primary Cases ” in the Side Menu?

The My Primary Cases section on the left-hand side menu will show all cases you are listed as the Primary Contact on the case.

For example, if you are assigned as the lead attorney on a case, those cases will not show up on the My Primary Cases tab.
