Notifications will occur for various events such as a new case assignment, when a task is assigned or completed, or when documents or mail need to be reviewed. It is important to clear out these notifications, as they can impact page loading speeds.

  • Navigate to the Bell icon in the upper right of your account.

  • At the bottom of the notifications, click Clear All.

  • All notifications will be removed.
