Turning off Inactive Case Message Notifications
Updated this week

To no longer receive Inactive Case messages, turn off the Case Activity notification.

  • Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Profile Settings from the drop-down menu.

  • Under the Notifications section toggle Case Activity off.

  • Select Save.

NOTE: Clicking the "i" provides a brief description of each notification.
