In-house and out-of-house investigators can both access the Intake Portal. A firm administrator has the ability to restrict the investigator to Intake Portal access only. These users will not be able to log into firm cases. This can be managed by a firm administrator or someone with the Manage Firm Users permission.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Find the user whose permissions you want to manage by using the search box or scrolling.
Click on the arrow at the end of the user row and select Advanced Permissions.
Check the box "Restrict to Intake Portal."
The investigator will now only have access to the Intake Portal.
