Attach Documents and Photos From an Email to a Case

When an email is forwarded to a case in CASEpeer, the text of the email will be saved to the case notes, the photos to the Photos Tab, and the documents to the Documents Tab.

  • Locate the email with attachments you wish to save to a case.

  • The case Bcc can be found under the green arrow dropdown at the top of any page of a case.

  • Click on the case ID at the very bottom of the menu to copy it.

  • Paste the copied case Bcc into the email.

  • Send or forward the email per usual.

  • Within 10 minutes, the email will attach to the case as a note with the Email note category.

  • Any photos attached to the email will be saved directly in the Photos Tab of the client's case.

  • Any documents attached to the email will be saved directly in the Documents Tab of the client's case.

Note: If an image from an email signature or logo is saving to a case when it should not be, block the image, the image will no longer save to any cases.
