When an email is forwarded to a case in CASEpeer, the text of the email will be saved to the case notes, the photos to the Photos Tab, and the documents to the Documents Tab.
Locate the email with attachments you wish to save to a case.
The case Bcc can be found under the green arrow dropdown at the top of any page of a case.
Click on the case ID at the very bottom of the menu to copy it.
Paste the copied case Bcc into the email.
Send or forward the email per usual.
Within 10 minutes, the email will attach to the case as a note with the Email note category.
Any photos attached to the email will be saved directly in the Photos Tab of the client's case.
Any documents attached to the email will be saved directly in the Documents Tab of the client's case.

Note: If an image from an email signature or logo is saving to a case when it should not be, block the image, the image will no longer save to any cases.
