How to attach an Outgoing Email from CASEpeer on a case. Using Outlook? Get our Add-In.
Navigate to any tab of the case with hyperlinked emails.
Click on the hyperlinked email address.
The client's email address will appear in the To section on the designated account provider.
The case-specific BCC code will appear in the Bcc section automatically. This code can also be found under the dark green dropdown at the top right of the case.
Write your email message and click send. The email will be saved to the Notes Tab of the case.
Please keep in mind, that any recipients in the CC'd or Bcc'd line will not appear.
