How to attach an Outgoing Email from CASEpeer on a case. Using Outlook? Get our Add-In.

  • Navigate to any tab of the case with hyperlinked emails.

  • Click on the hyperlinked email address.

  • The client's email address will appear in the To section on the designated account provider.

  • The case-specific BCC code will appear in the Bcc section automatically. This code can also be found under the dark green dropdown at the top right of the case.

  • Write your email message and click send. The email will be saved to the Notes Tab of the case.

  • Please keep in mind, that any recipients in the CC'd or Bcc'd line will not appear.
