How to disconnect a case folder that's been linked using the OneDrive Integration. This can be helpful if the incorrect folder was originally linked.
Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.
Click Disconnect.
A pop-up window will appear confirming that you'd like to disconnect the folder.
Click Submit.
The folder will now be disconnected.
