Automatically edit and save PDFs with CASEpeer File Sync.

NOTE: PDFs can only be edited using Adobe. <a href="https://www.adobe.com/au/acrobat/hub/how-to/how-to-change-your-default-pdf-viewer.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Set Adobe as your default PDF viewer for both Mac and PC</a>.

Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.

In CASEpeer's document storage, click on the dropdown arrow aligned with the PDF document and select Open With File Sync.

The PDF will automatically open if you have the appropriate editing software installed.

Please allow a few seconds for the document to open, especially if the default editing software is closed.

Make changes to the document and click Save.

Changes made will be saved as a new version of the document in CASEpeer.

Previous versions can be viewed by clicking the dropdown arrow of a document and selecting Version History.

NOTE: You may need to refresh the page to view the new version by default. You may also need to refresh to open and edit the new version by default.

CASEpeer File Sync only supports Save for the same document. Using Save As will prevent CASEpeer File Sync from syncing the changes to the document stored in CASEpeer.
