Connect a Soluno Vendor

How to sync or create a linked Soluno vendor. Sending a cost to Soluno from CASEpeer's Costs Management page requires the vendor to be a Soluno Contact. A green dot in the Soluno Contact column confirms that the connection exists, a red dot requires that the Contact be created or connected to Soluno.

  • Go to the right-hand side drop-down arrow and select Create/Search Contact.

  • From the Search or Create Contact Window, type in your search criteria

  • NOTE: Only exact matches can be found, opt for a more generic search such as Smith rather than Smith D.C.

  • Click Search.

  • If the Contact Name is found in Soluno, click Select.

  • If the Contact Name is still not found, click Create New Contact.

  • Confirming Contact Creation will create the contact in Soluno.

  • The green dot confirms the contact is now connected to Soluno.

  • NOTE: A contact only needs to by synced or created once, then it will be available for all cases.
