The Case Status Report allows you to see the average length of time a case spends in a certain status. You can track the longest average and shortest average statuses across your cases as they stand now.
Filter by open/ closed case statuses, case status, case manager, lead attorney, supervising attorney, source type, and source detail.
Sort by a specific column by clicking on the arrows next to the column heading.
This is a permission-based report, if you do not have access please contact your firm administrator.
Users can also click on a specific case status in the report to see all of the cases with that status.
