Review Client Intake Forms

Once a client has populated and submitted the Client Intake Form, all workers assigned to the case will receive a notification and message to review the intake form.

  • Review the form from the Message Center by selecting the message and clicking Click to Review.

  • Or by clicking on Click to Review from the Notes Tab of the case.

  • The intake form will open in a new tab. Any highlighted information will replace details already entered on the case.

  • Review and click Submit.

  • An auto note will capture any overwritten details.

  • Note: Reviewing Client Intake Forms is permission-based.
