Once a client has populated and submitted the Client Intake Form, all workers assigned to the case will receive a notification and message to review the intake form.
Review the form from the Message Center by selecting the message and clicking Click to Review.
Or by clicking on Click to Review from the Notes Tab of the case.
The intake form will open in a new tab. Any highlighted information will replace details already entered on the case.
Review and click Submit.
An auto note will capture any overwritten details.
Note: Reviewing Client Intake Forms is permission-based.
