How to review any documents a client uploads via the Client Portal. When a client uploads a document in their Client Portal it will appear in the Mail Review Center for all workers assigned to the case and each user will receive a message notifying them of the uploaded document.
- Navigate to the Mail Review Center icon in the upper right-hand corner of your CASEpeer account. 
- Select the Mail tab within the Mail Review Center. - Use the Worker filter to filter by specific caseworkers and the Search box to search for a specific document or client. 
 
- Locate the document that was uploaded through the Client Portal and select the drop-down arrow to the right of that document. 
- Select Review. 
- Once the document is reviewed, select Save to have the document saved to the case or Save To Linked to save to the case and its linked cases. 
- Select Reject to return the document to the Mail Center Management screen.
