How to review any documents a client uploads via the Client Portal. When a client uploads a document in their Client Portal it will appear in the Mail Review Center for all workers assigned to the case and each user will receive a message notifying them of the uploaded document.
Navigate to the Mail Review Center icon in the upper right-hand corner of your CASEpeer account.
Select the Mail tab within the Mail Review Center.
Use the Worker filter to filter by specific caseworkers and the Search box to search for a specific document or client.
Locate the document that was uploaded through the Client Portal and select the drop-down arrow to the right of that document.
Select Review.
Once the document is reviewed, select Save to have the document saved to the case or Save To Linked to save to the case and its linked cases.
Select Reject to return the document to the Mail Center Management screen.
