How to upload a document to a case file.
From the Documents Tab
Navigate to the Documents Tab.
Click Upload at the top right corner of the page.
A pop-up window will appear.
Drag the document(s) into the pop-up or click on the Drop Files Here to Upload box to browse your computer for files.
Click Save
The document(s) will appear on the tab.
From Any Case Tab
Navigate to the green Documents button at the top right of the page.
Select Upload Documents from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Drag the document(s) into the pop-up or click on the Drop Files here to Upload box to browse your computer.

The Document will be defaulted to retain a shortcut to your active tab.
NOTE: If you did not want the document(s) to have a shortcut to your active tab, this can be edited for each document on the Documents Tab.
