How to upload a document to a case file.

From the Documents Tab

  • Navigate to the Documents Tab.

  • Click Upload at the top right corner of the page.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Drag the document(s) into the pop-up or click on the Drop Files Here to Upload box to browse your computer for files.

  • Click Save

  • The document(s) will appear on the tab.

From Any Case Tab

  • Navigate to the green Documents button at the top right of the page.

  • Select Upload Documents from the drop-down menu.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Drag the document(s) into the pop-up or click on the Drop Files here to Upload box to browse your computer.

  • The Document will be defaulted to retain a shortcut to your active tab.

  • NOTE: If you did not want the document(s) to have a shortcut to your active tab, this can be edited for each document on the Documents Tab.
