How to delete an uploaded recording or video.
NOTE:NOTE: Only firm administrators or users with the User is Allowed to Delete Recordings permission delete recordings.
Navigate to the Recordings Tab in the open case.
Locate the recording and click the dropdown arrow in line with the upload.
Select Delete.
A pop-up window with a warning will appear.
Click Delete.
The recording will no longer appear in the Recordings Tab.
