How to stop unwanted email signature images from saving to the Photos Tab when saving emails to a case, this is often a firm logo.
Navigate to the Photos Tab of a case.
Hover over the file you'd like to block.
Click the dropdown on the upper right-hand side of the image.
Select Block File.
Moving forward, the exact image will no longer be saved to any case when an email is saved. Images that have already been saved to the Photos Tab can be deleted with multi-select.
