How to add a related plaintiff to a case. This is helpful to track other parties injured in the incident that the firm is not representing.
Go to the Other Parties Tab.
Select Add Plaintiff.
A pop-up window will appear.
Add the plaintiff’s information.
If it is a plaintiff that exists under a linked case:
Choose the contact from the drop-down.
If it is a new plaintiff:
Select Add under the drop-down.
Fill in the new plaintiff’s information.
Select Save.
Select the plaintiff from the drop-down menu.
Select Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
The new plaintiff will appear on the page.
