How to remove a plaintiff from the Other Parties Tab in CASEpeer. This would typically be someone involved in the accident who is not represented by the firm.
Navigate to the Other Parties Tab.
Locate the plaintiff you want to delete.
Click on the arrow at the end of the desired plaintiff’s row.
Click Delete.
A pop-up window warning will appear.
Click Delete.
The plaintiff will removed from the case.
