How to add a demand for an uninsured or under-insured motorist.
Navigate to the Settlement Tab.
Select the arrow at the end of the Settlement Proceeds row, the first row under the Negotiations section.
Select UM/UIM Demand.
A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the demand information. If the plaintiff's insurance does not appear in the Client Insurance drop-down, add the client's insurance provider on the Client Tab first.
Select Save.
The new demand will appear under Settlement Proceeds as a UM/UIM demand.
