Here's how to update the date of intake. This can be helpful if a case was added on a different day than it came in or if a firm is working on case data entry.
- Navigate to the case whose date of intake needs to be edited. 
- Click the green arrow next to the case status and select the option Edit Case Index or click the 'i' key on your keyboard. 
- The Case Index can also be edited from the Report and Management screens. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Edit the date of intake. 
- Click Save. 
- The new date of intake will be saved. 
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm admin or someone with the User Can Edit Date of Intake permission.
