Edit Date of Intake

Here's how to update the date of intake. This can be helpful if a case was added on a different day than it came in or if a firm is working on case data entry.

  • Navigate to the case whose date of intake needs to be edited.

  • Click the green arrow next to the case status and select the option Edit Case Index or click the 'i' key on your keyboard.

  • The Case Index can also be edited from the Report and Management screens.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Edit the date of intake.

  • Click Save.

  • The new date of intake will be saved.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm admin or someone with the User Can Edit Date of Intake permission.
