Here's how to update the date of intake. This can be helpful if a case was added on a different day than it came in or if a firm is working on case data entry.
Navigate to the case whose date of intake needs to be edited.
Click the green arrow next to the case status and select the option Edit Case Index or click the 'i' key on your keyboard.
The Case Index can also be edited from the Report and Management screens.
A pop-up window will appear.
Edit the date of intake.
Click Save.
The new date of intake will be saved.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm admin or someone with the User Can Edit Date of Intake permission.
