Modify or update the date a case was retained to maintain accurate reports.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the User Can Edit Date Retained permission.
- Click the green arrow next to the case status and select Edit Case Index or click, "i" on your keyboard. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Edit the Date Retained and click Save. 
- The new retained date will be saved and reflected in reports.
