A way to add pertinent information pertaining to a certain adjuster, which will be visible in all cases to which the adjuster is assigned.
Go to the Client Tab in the open case.
Scroll to the insurance whose adjusters you want to edit.
Click on the arrow at the end of the adjuster’s row.
Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
To add the note for an existing adjuster, choose the one you want and click Edit under the menu.
Make the desired changes.
Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
Once back in the edit adjusters box, click Save again.
Your updated note will appear by the adjuster on all current and future cases.
