A way to add pertinent information pertaining to a certain adjuster, which will be visible in all cases to which the adjuster is assigned.
- Go to the Client Tab in the open case. 
- Scroll to the insurance whose adjusters you want to edit. 
- Click on the arrow at the end of the adjuster’s row. 
- Select Edit from the drop-down menu. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- To add the note for an existing adjuster, choose the one you want and click Edit under the menu. 
- Make the desired changes. 
- Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window. 
- Once back in the edit adjusters box, click Save again. 
- Your updated note will appear by the adjuster on all current and future cases.
