Navigate to the Defendants Tab in the open case.

NOTE: If there are multiple defendants on the case, click on the hyperlinked name of the defendant to update.

Scroll to the Insurance Section that an adjuster needs to be added to.

Click on the dropdown arrow aligned with the Adjuster Section.

Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up window will appear.

Select the adjusters.

If the adjuster does not appear in the dropdown menu, click Add.

Fill in the adjuster’s information.

Click Save.

Now select the adjuster from the dropdown list.

Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

Your adjuster will appear under the Adjusters Section of the corresponding insurance.
