CASEpeer organizes cases by the client's name rather than file numbers, however, you can assign Case Numbers yourself or use this field for other data.
From any tab of a case, click 'i' on your keyboard or click on the arrow to the right of the case status and select Edit Case Index.
A pop-up window will appear.
Update the Firm File Number.
Click Save.
