How to reactivate users on CASEpeer.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.

  • At the top of the screen, update User Status to Inactive.

  • Once the page updates, scroll down to the user you would like to reactivate.

  • Click on the dropdown menu next to the user, select Activate.

  • The user can now access CASEpeer again and a prorated subscription amount will be added to the firm's next bill.
