How to reactivate users on CASEpeer.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
At the top of the screen, update User Status to Inactive.
Once the page updates, scroll down to the user you would like to reactivate.
Click on the dropdown menu next to the user, select Activate.
The user can now access CASEpeer again and a prorated subscription amount will be added to the firm's next bill.
