How to remove a worker from CASEpeer. This user will no longer be able to log in and the firm will no longer be billed for this worker. Users can be reactivated at any point.
NOTE: Only firm administrators can view this screen.
Navigate to the
Icon in the account's top right corner and select Users.
Find the user your firm would like to deactivate by using the search box or scrolling.
Click the grey arrow at the end of the user row and select deactivate from the drop-down menu.
The change will be made immediately. The user will no longer be able to access CASEpeer.
