NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Integration section and find the Records on Time integration and select Activate.
A pop-up window will appear.
Copy the API key.
Give the API Key to your Records on Time representative.
If your firm would like to assign a default document reviewer, select the use document review checkbox and enter the appropriate worker group by clicking in the default reviewers field.
Click Save.
Once your ROT representative enters the key on their end and confirms you are fully activated, you can start requesting records via the integration.
