Activate the Records on Time Integration
Activate the Records on Time Integration

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Integration section and find the Records on Time integration and select Activate.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Copy the API key.

  • Give the API Key to your Records on Time representative.

  • If your firm would like to assign a default document reviewer, select the use document review checkbox and enter the appropriate worker group by clicking in the default reviewers field.

  • Click Save.

  • Once your ROT representative enters the key on their end and confirms you are fully activated, you can start requesting records via the integration.
