To send a request from CASEpeer, the Multus Medical button must first be visible on the case. See which case fields activate the button.
NOTE: A firm administrator must first activate the integration in the Account Settings
Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab
Click the Multus Medical button.
Review the form with case and contact information. The contact information will automatically populate with details and can be updated manually.
Click Send.
A yellow bar confirming the request has been sent will pop up and a note will be added to the case.
Someone from the Multus Medical team will follow up shortly after your request has been sent. Their response time is the same day during business hours.
