The Medical Requests Report shows all the requested, but not yet received billing or record requests or filters by cases with providers with unrequested bills or records. Sort by the requested date or filter on a specific provider to identify records to follow up on. This report is powered by marking records or bills as requested on the Medical Treatment Tab of a case.
Filter by the dates, case type, case status, case status category, case manager, lead attorney, specialty, treatment status, and/or request type.
Search for a provider with the search bar.
Click on the dropdown menu next to the request to edit assignments, add note, or add task.
Sort by a column by clicking on the arrows next to the column heading.
