8am CasePeer offers 2 different types of exports.
We understand that the ability to export your data is important. To provide you with flexibility, we're offering two data export options:
CSV Export (for data engineers): This option allows you to export your case data in a series of CSV files, easily importable into another system using data engineering tools. The fee for this service will be $1,000.
Complete Case Export (including documents): This option provides a comprehensive export of all your case data, including documents, photos, recordings, and case CSVs. The fee for this service will be $2,500.
Free Case-by-Case Download Option
As always, you can continue to download documents on a case-by-case basis for free. This option is ideal for smaller exports or specific files you need.
Please email support@casepeer.com if you would like to proceed with the export of your firm's data or documents.
CSV Export
The first export is a Data Export that can be emailed to the user. This export will email a zip file link to the firm admin. Here are the steps to export your firm's data once the email is received.

Complete Case Export
The second export is a full export of the firm's documents, photos and recordings. This export takes 4-6 weeks.
If a case does not have photos, documents or recordings, there will not be a folder. If a case only had documents and photos, there will only be two folders in the main folder.

Note: Folders and subfolders will not be preserved
