Contact Support for Account Activation

To reactivate your firm's access, a backend activation by our team is required before you can log in. Please reach out to us so we can enable your access:

Go to the Login Page

Once activation is confirmed navigate to https://my.casepeer.com/login/

Enter Your Login Credentials

On the login page, enter your username and password associated with your CasePeer account.

Then, click “Submit”

If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset it before logging in.

Update Payment Information

Once you submit your login credentials, the system will prompt you to enter or update your payment information to successfully complete the account reactivation.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For added account security, CasePeer requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Instead of just entering your password, you will confirm your identity with a second verification code to protect your account from unauthorized access.

How it works: Once you enter your username and password, a verification code will be sent to you. You can choose to receive your verification code by:

  • Text Message (SMS)

  • Email

We recommend using text message (SMS) for a faster and more convenient login experience.

Once you enter the verification code, your login will complete successfully.

For a detailed overview of 2FA and how to set it up, please visit the 2FA help article.
