Why is my Zap not working?

Zapier FAQ

Updated over a week ago

Make sure the case type matches CasePeer's case types. For example if the test case has a case type of rideshare, which does not match our list of case types, the Zap will not work. We recommend adding the case type filter to your zap. Here's a step-by-step of how to do so.

NOTE: Use an intermediate search step to find the case type ID:

  • Click the + to Add Step

  • Search and select the App where the Action Event will take place. Select CASEpeer.

  • Choose the Action Event and click Continue. Select Case Type Search.

  • Click + to bring in the case type example from your Google Sheets Spreadsheet.

  • Select Test Step.

  • Select Continue.

  • Match the Corresponding Fields from the Google Spreadsheet to the CASEpeer Lead Fields. Some fields will be optional.

  • Below is an example of the matched fields.

  • Once all fields have been matched, click Continue.

  • Click Test & Continue.

  • Click Publish after a successful test.

  • A confirmation message will appear once the Zap has been successfully turned on.
