How to send faxes using CASEpeer's RingCentral e-fax integration.
NOTE: A firm must have a RingCentral fax account to use this feature. A firm administrator will need to activate the firm's RingCentral integration under Account Settings.
Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.
Find the document you'd like to fax.
Select the drop-down arrow in line with the document.
Select Fax (RingCentral).
Enter the fax number and recipient. You may also include a message to the recipient.
Select Send.
A case note will be created once the fax is sent.
Faxed documents can be managed and viewed under the RingCentral Management Screen.
