We understand the importance of staying organized during the settlement stage of a case. From demand to lien negotiations, CASEpeer has many features that help streamline the process. Below are some features that will help you get started settling cases in CASEpeer.

Settlement Tab

  • The Settlement Tab is a comprehensive set of tools that are developed to help you keep track of the many stages of settlement. From this tab, you are able keep track of demanded amounts, accept offers, and view fees, bills, and costs for your case. You will be able to view the final settlement amount and total net to client after fees and costs. Learn more about the Settlement Tab.

Template Demands

  • Save valuable time by uploading templates of demands that will auto-populate your case and client demographics. Learn how to get started using Templates.

Settlement Worksheet

  • Forecast estimated values on your case and settlement by using the Worksheet tool inside the Settlement Tab. Learn more about the Settlement Worksheet.

Medical Treatment Tab

  • The Medical Treatment tab helps you keep track of the providers that have serviced your client. It also allows you to keep track of bill amounts, including: original bills, insurance paid amount, client paid amount, and adjusted amounts. Learn more about the Medical Treatment tab.

Costs Tab

  • Keep track of your costs in the Costs tab. View total costs on a case, total paid, and pending costs. See if checks have been requested and keep track of check numbers. Learn more about the Costs tab.

Attorney Liens Tab

Settlement Advance Tab

  • When client's take out advances on their settlement, the Settlement Advance Tab will help you keep track of amounts owed and total interest on their advance. Learn more about the Settlement Advance Tab.

Health Insurance Tab

  • Keep track of subrogation in the health insurance tab. From this tab, you are able to view total liens and adjusted liens. You are also able to generate templates to subrogation companies. Learn more about the Health Insurance Tab.
