Welcome to CASEpeer. Here are some resources to help you get started as a Case Manager on CASEpeer.

Get to know the case tabs you'll be using most:

Generate your first template.

Find a list of all the cases you are assigned to on the My Cases Report. You can get a case overview as well as track the last date of client communication.

Keep track of all your treating cases on the Treating Management Report.

Keep track of all the Medical records and billing requests statuses in the Medical Requests Report.

Take a look at Provider History to see how many cases have been treated with the providers as you refer clients out to specialists.
