How to Text a Client with Multiple Cases?

Follow these steps to ensure incoming text messages show up in the correct file.

  • Navigate to the original case.

  • Opt-out the original case from receiving text messages.

  • Navigate to the new case.

  • Opt-in the new case to receive text messages.

  • The client's incoming text messages will now show up in the new case file.

Note: If a client has more than one open case, only one case can be opted in for text.
