How to attach an email that has been forwarded to bcc@bcc.casepeer.com to a case as a case note.

  • Navigate to the Mail Review Center by clicking on the inbox icon at the top right of the page (between the envelope and the bell icons).

  • Click Email.

  • Locate the email you wish to attach to a case.

  • Click the dropdown arrow aligned with the email.

  • Select Assign.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Search for the appropriate case by client, defendant, claim number, and/or date of incident by typing into the search boxes.

  • Click Search.

  • Matching cases will appear under the green search button.

  • Check the Yes box next to Add to Linked Cases? to attach the email to linked cases in addition to the one chosen from the search results.

  • Click Add next to the case that the email needs to be attached to.

  • The email will attach to that case and linked cases (if applicable) as a note with the category Email.
