How to attach an email that has been forwarded to bcc@bcc.casepeer.com to a case as a case note.
Navigate to the Mail Review Center by clicking on the inbox icon at the top right of the page (between the envelope and the bell icons).
Click Email.
Locate the email you wish to attach to a case.
Click the dropdown arrow aligned with the email.
Select Assign.
A pop-up window will appear.
Search for the appropriate case by client, defendant, claim number, and/or date of incident by typing into the search boxes.
Click Search.
Matching cases will appear under the green search button.
Check the Yes box next to Add to Linked Cases? to attach the email to linked cases in addition to the one chosen from the search results.
Click Add next to the case that the email needs to be attached to.
The email will attach to that case and linked cases (if applicable) as a note with the category Email.
