Why am I Getting a 'Your Soluno API User Requires Reconnection?' or 'Reconnect Soluno Account' Message?

When you receive a "Your Soluno API user requires reconnection. Please go to Account Settings and click Manage under the Soluno integration" pop-up message you will need to reauthenticate the integration for security purposes.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account.

  • Select Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Integrations section and find the Soluno integration card.

  • Select the Manage.

  • Select the Requires Reconnection link and input your Soluno API integration user password. This is the same password used to initially set up the integration.
