When you receive this message, you will need to reauthenticate the integration for security purposes.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account.Select Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Integrations section and find the Actionstep (formerly Soluno) integration card.
Select the Manage.
Select the Requires Reconnection link and input your Actionstep API integration user password. This is the same password used to initially set up the integration.
