Why am I getting a 'Your Actionstep (formerly Soluno) API User Requires Reconnection' or 'Reconnect Actionstep Account' message?

When you receive this message, you will need to reauthenticate the integration for security purposes.

  • Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account.

  • Select Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Integrations section and find the Actionstep (formerly Soluno) integration card.

  • Select the Manage.

  • Select the Requires Reconnection link and input your Actionstep API integration user password. This is the same password used to initially set up the integration.
