How to deactivate an existing Actionstep account or set of books.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account.Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to Integrations.
Under Actionstep (formerly Soluno), click Manage.
A pop-up window will display the Actionstep (formerly Soluno) accounts currently linked with CASEpeer.
To deactivate a linked account click the dropdown to the right of the account you'd like to remove.
Select Deactivate.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.
