Overview
When linking existing vendor or client contacts to Actionstep, we recommend searching by first or last name only or by using the Actionstep file number.
A red circle under the Status column means that this CASEpeer contact has not been linked to a Actionstep contact.
Click the drop-down to the right of the line item.
Select Create/Search Contact.
Enter either the first name, last name, or Actionstep file number and select Search. Typing the entire contact name may limit your search results.
Select Connect.
Your contact is now linked. Follow the same search criteria when connecting an existing Actionstep casefile.
