Option 1
Create the casefile from within the case:
Navigate to the case and select the dark green dropdown at the top right corner of the page.
Select Create Actionstep Casefile from the dropdown.
A pop-up window will appear. Click Confirm.
The Casefile should now appear in Actionstep.
Option 2
Create the casefile from the Cost Management Screen:
Create the cost item in the client's case, and then navigate to the Management Costs screen.
Click on the dropdown arrow in line with the cost and select Create Actionstep Casefile.
A pop-up window will appear. Click Confirm.
