Overview
If a cost is in the Queued Section of Cost Management after the cost has been sent to Actionstep, we recommend Resetting the Cost.
Navigate to Costs Management.
Either use multi-select for a specific line item or Reset All.
Once the costs are reverted back to the Open section, send the costs to Actionstep.
