The Rejected Cases Report will help you identify why cases are being rejected and help identify your least successful marketing campaigns.
Click on Reports on the left-hand side of your screen.
Click on Rejected Cases.
Filter by dates, case type, source type, source detail, reason, and intake worker.
Export the data from the top right green and white Export icon.
Customize the columns with the Funnel icon.
