How to use the Rob Levine Legal Solutions (previously Records on Time) integration to request records.
- Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab of the case. 
- Locate the provider you would like to request records from. 
- Click the dropdown arrow in line with that provider and click the Rob Levine Legal Solutions (RLLS) option. 
- Select the type of request, Records Request or Billing Request. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Add dates of service, rush order, and order affidavit. 
- Add notes to the provider in the Notes to Provider field. 
- Add notes to Rob Levine Legal Solutions (RLLS) to the Comments field. 
- Click Submit. 
- Rob Levine Legal Solutions (RLLS) will begin processing the request and the record status will show as Requested with the date in orange. 
- Once RLLS obtains the records, they will automatically be uploaded to the Documents Tab of the case and a case expense will automatically show on the Cost Tab of the case. 
- The order status on the provider will update to Received in green.
