Treating Overview

The Overview Treating Screen shows the distribution of cases by case status.

  • Navigate to the Overview Tab.

  • Click Treating.

  • Overview of cases will appear.

  • Scroll to the bottom, all cases will appear. The last date touched of a case will appear and further information of the case. Adding a note or a task can also be accomplished this way when reviewing all cases.

  • Click on the dropdown arrow.

  • Select desired option.

  • Another way to view a case manager's case with the treating status is to Click on the case manager or case status if searching for a specific case.

  • To Export, Select the exit arrow button.

  • Select exporting by CVS or Excel.
