The Overview Treating Screen shows the distribution of cases by case status.
Navigate to the Overview Tab.
Click Treating.
Overview of cases will appear.
Scroll to the bottom, all cases will appear. The last date touched of a case will appear and further information of the case. Adding a note or a task can also be accomplished this way when reviewing all cases.
Click on the dropdown arrow.
Select desired option.
Another way to view a case manager's case with the treating status is to Click on the case manager or case status if searching for a specific case.
To Export, Select the exit arrow button.
Select exporting by CVS or Excel.
