The Overview Litigation screen shows the distribution of cases in the litigation statuses. This is a great way to keep track of all cases in Litigation and how they are distributed to your workers.

The Statuses: Litigation Treating, Litigation Initiated, Service, Pending Response, Deposition Initiated, Pending Hearing, Deposition, Trial Prep, Appeals, Litigation Treating, Discovery, Trial, Multidistrict Lit, Arbitration Initiated, Arbitration Demanded, Arbitration Discovery, Arbitration Prep, Arbitration, Mediation Initiated, Mediation Demanded, Mediation Discovery, Mediation Prep, Mediation, Litigation Settled, Litigation Verdict, Litigation Money In, Litigation, and Extended Lit.

Sort by a specific column by clicking on the arrows next to the column heading.

Click the dropdown menu next to the case to add notes, add tasks, edit assignments, and view case details.

Export this report to Excel or CSV by clicking the "Export" button on the right-hand side.
