If your organization utilizes the E-Signature functionality, E-Signatures Management serves as an invaluable tool for monitoring and organizing all E-Signature requests, both pending and completed.

The E-Signatures Management screen provides a comprehensive overview of E-Signature request details, such as document titles, signatory information, and signing dates. It offers a swift and convenient method for accessing all pending E-Signature requests and reviewing those that have been successfully executed within the preceding 30 days.

We strongly recommend leveraging this feature, especially for Intake workers and Management, as it effectively facilitates the tracking of newly acquired cases that are awaiting signed contracts. Once a request is fulfilled, Management can promptly assign a caseworker and update the status to initiate case processing.
